Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons high quality unsalted grass-fed butter
• 2 tablespoons Bulletproof Brain Octane
• 14 – 16 oz of coffee

Here’s How:

• 2 tablespoons high quality unsalted grass-fed butter
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or MCT oil)
• 1 tablespoon instant creamer, cream, or half and half (can be flavored)
• 14 – 16 oz of coffee
