5 Post-Workout Snacks You Can Make in Your Stanley 1913 Vitalize Shaker Bottle

Short on time but still want quick and easy post-workout snacks? Your Stanley 1913 Vitalize Shaker Bottle can become the hardest-working thing in your gym bag. Most people think of it as a protein shake sidekick — and it is. But once you start using it daily, you realize it’s so much more. It’s a small, dependable tool for real-life fueling. The kind that helps you eat well without overthinking it. Post-workout snacks matter more than most of us wanna admit. They help your body recover, keep energy steady, and make sticking to your routine feel doable, not draining. And when your Shaker Bottle can handle mixing, storing, and transporting food, meal prep hacks suddenly feel less like a chore and more like a small win. Yep, widely known for mixing shakes, our insulated Shaker Bottle is also useful for prepping a post-workout protein snack you can enjoy wherever your day takes you. If you like gear that earns its place in your routine, explore even more ways to stay fueled with Stanley 1913's full collection of hydration and storage essentials. 1. Greek Yogurt Protein Smoothie If you’re looking for the best post-workout snack, this one checks every box. A creamy blend of Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, and fruit delivers a satisfying balance of protein, carbs, and just enough sweetness. Mouthwatering, right? Greek yogurt gives thickness and a solid protein boost. Protein powder helps support muscle repair. And fruit adds natural carbs your body is asking for after a workout. Toss everything into your blender until smooth, pour it into your Stanley 1913 Vitalize Bottle, and you’re good to go. The insulated design keeps your drink cold and fresh after your workout.  A bonus tip? Some ingredients may separate in your bottle during your workout, but one quick shake and it will be as good as new. 2. Overnight Oats on the Go Overnight oats are one of those great post-workout snacks that are filling, flexible, and easy to customize based on what you have on hand.  Add oats, milk or a dairy-free alternative, protein powder, and any extras you love like cinnamon, chia seeds, or a lil’ nut butter to your Shaker Bottle. The base of the stainless steel shaker bottle doubles as a portable storage container, allowing you to mix everything together in the morning for a smooth, ready-to-eat meal. Yep, our Shaker Bottle is hardcore. It can store and mix way more than liquid-based protein drinks. The leakproof seal keeps everything secure, which means no oat-related surprises in your bag. For anyone juggling exercise and work throughout the week, this is a meal prep for workout days that fits real schedules. 3. Cottage Cheese and Fruit Shake Bowl Cottage cheese doesn’t always get the credit it deserves. But once you try it this way, it might become your go-to post-workout snack.  When blended with a splash of milk, cottage cheese turns into a smooth, creamy base — proof that your Shaker Bottle can handle thicker blends. Shake first, then add fruit and granola for texture and taste. Berries, peaches, or bananas all work beautifully here, while granola brings crunch and carbs. The result is one of those healthy post-workout snacks that feels refreshing but still substantial. 4. Protein Bites Not all post-workout snacks need a spoon or a straw. Sometimes you just want something you can grab, eat, and keep moving. Protein bites fit that bill perfectly. Made with oats, nut butter, protein powder, and a touch of honey, they’re easy to prep in batches and store for the week. And our Shaker Bottle serves as a compact, spill-proof container for these homemade bites. Whether you’re pairing them with a recovery drink or eating them solo, the bottle’s wide mouth makes them easy to grab. 5. Trail Mix Trail mix might be the most underrated of all the post-workout snacks. It’s quick, satisfying, and customizable. Think nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and a little chocolate — they all work. Trail mix fits perfectly in the Shaker Bottle and stays sealed, fresh, and mess-free. Give it a shake to mix everything evenly, then pour straight into your hand. No crumbs or crushed snacks at the bottom of your bag. We told you our shaker also functions as durable, portable food storage for dry options! When you need quick and easy post-workout snacks that require zero prep in the moment, this one earns its spot. Why Post-Workout Snacks Matter for Recovery Biology 101: After a workout, your muscles need protein to repair and carbohydrates to restore energy. This isn’t fitness folklore; it’s just how bodies work. When you give your body what it needs shortly after exercising, recovery feels smoother, and soreness can fade faster.  In short, grabbing post-workout snacks soon after training helps support consistency, which is the secret to progress. And the best post-workout snacks don’t have to be complicated. Our list above proves that. How the Stanley 1913 Vitalize Shaker Bottle Makes Snack Prep Easier A smooth insulated inner lining. A leakproof lid. A removable strainer to help blend powders. The Stanley 1913 Vitalize Shaker Bottle simplifies everything from blending yogurt-based snacks to storing dry mixes. It’s designed to handle more than protein shakes, which makes it a quiet hero for meal prep hacks. You can mix, store, and transport food without switching containers or worrying about spills. If you’re looking for the best insulated shaker bottle for everyday use, this one earns its reputation through consistency, not flash. Explore the full range of options in Stanley 1913's Water Bottle collection to round out your routine. Tips for Quick Meal Prep Using Your Shaker Bottle A lil’ planning goes a long way, especially when your tools are working with you instead of against you. The Stanley 1913 Vitalize Shaker Bottle makes meal prep on the go feel simple. Pre-measure ingredients directly into the bottle for instant shake and go options, or keep dry items prepped inside for fast assembly later. Oats, trail mix, and protein powder all store well until you’re ready to add liquid, and the small 3-oz compartment at the bottom is perfect for holding protein powder, seeds, or a handful of extras without needing a separate container. The shaker’s sturdy build and insulation make it ideal for prepping, storing, and transporting fuel throughout the week. These are the kind of meal prep tips and tricks that work because they fit real life. FAQs About Quick Post-Workout Snacks What should I eat immediately after a workout? Aim for post-workout snacks that include protein and carbohydrates. Options like yogurt smoothies, overnight oats, or protein bites are all solid choices and easy to prepare. How do you use a protein shaker bottle? Add ingredients, insert the mixing ball, secure the lid, and shake. Screw on the lid to keep everything cold, fresh, and leak-free, then just stash it in your bag and go. Beyond drinks, it also works well for storing snacks. What are some quick protein snack ideas? Greek yogurt smoothies, cottage cheese bowls, trail mix with nuts and seeds, and protein bites are all good post-workout snack ideas that travel well and taste good enough to keep in regular rotation.

Make Your Holidays a Little Sweeter With Stanley 1913

Although the holidays are quieter and the celebrations are smaller this year, you can still find joy in festive moments and merry traditions. And nothing says “happy holidays” quite like a batch of fresh-from-the-oven cookies, enjoyed with family or gifted to friends and neighbors. Speaking of cookies, did you know that December 4th is National Cookie Day? In honor of this delicious day, we’re here to help you make the most of the season with two heartwarming recipes—contributed by Michelle Fleming.  CHOCOLATE DROP COOKIES Makes about 2 dozen cookies and 1½ cups of frosting. Globally-Inspired Beverage Recipes to Fill Your Stanley 1913

Globally-Inspired Beverage Recipes to Fill Your Stanley 1913

10.17.22 As the days get cooler and the days get darker, few things bring comfort like the day’s first cup of steamy java. Morning routines are known to boost happiness and productivity, and adding a few new global-inspired coffee drinks to your day may make it even better! Consider infusing some adventure and creativity into your morning — starting with how you fill your cup. We’ve got our eye on a few trends that are spicing up cafes (and countertops) across the globe — caffeine optional. VIETNAMESE COFFEE If you’re a lover of Southeast Asian cuisine and beverages, you might have enjoyed the breathtaking sweetness of Thai iced tea or Vietnamese coffee before. Now, these once-niche beverages are taking center stage with Vietnamese coffee houses popping up in more neighborhoods than ever. While traditional preparation requires a phin cà phê, a special metal Vietnamese filter, you can recreate the basic recipe using the Stanley 1913 Pour Over,  Classic Stay Hot French Press, or even your favorite drip coffee. Depending on how sweet you like it, simply spoon 1-3 tablespoons of condensed milk into a DayBreak Cappuccino Cup, then follow your regular single-cup pour over method. Or just add your favorite coffee, brewed strong or to your preference. Enjoy it with: The DayBreak Cappuccino Cup and Stillness Saucer | 6.5 oz Details we love: The circular handle is designed for comfort and the matching Stillness Saucer provides a perfect landing spot for your stirring spoon. GOLDEN MILK Golden milk (also known as turmeric milk) originated in India, but the rest of the world has recently taken notice of its therapeutic benefits. Ingredients such as turmeric, ginger and cinnamon are hailed for their anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting properties. This one can be made with either dairy milk or your preferred plant-based, non-dairy alternative. Golden milk may sound fancy, but the ingredients are simple, inexpensive, and readily available. Make it in batches by combining all ingredients on the stove top and simmer for 10 minutes, refrigerating additional servings to heat throughout the week. Or create a paste to make on-demand preparation a snap. Did we mention it’s caffeine-free? Enjoy it with: The DayBreak Café Latte Cup and Stillness Saucer | 10.6 oz Details we love: Our signature double-wall vacuum insulation keeps your drink hot from your first sip to the last and is dishwasher safe for everyday convenience. MUSHROOM COFFEE There are plenty of ways to switch up what’s in your cup. Instead of going for your regular espresso blend, consider trying a blend that’s a little out of the ordinary. Meet mushroom coffee. Stay with us! It tastes no different from regular coffee, but may support mood, energy and restful sleep. Simply put, mushroom coffee is just regular coffee combined with powders from medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, lion’s mane and cordyceps — not those mushrooms. Ready to give it a try? This Seattle purveyor is right in Stanley 1913's backyard. Enjoy it with: The DayBreak Demitasse Cup and Stillness Saucer | 2.2 oz Details we love: Sleek enough to sip from straight after pulling your shot. Paired with a matching Stillness Saucer to bring home the cafe experience. Have a morning drink recipe you love? Share it with us by tagging @stanley 1913_brand on Instagram!

End of Summer Cocktails With Recipe Developer Nasim Lahbichi

09.08.22 Guest post authored by Nasim Lahbichi. Hi! I’m Nasim Lahbichi, and food, culture, and community are what makes me feel the most at peace. Born and raised in Brooklyn, I spent my entire childhood immersed in a melting pot of cultures. Food on any table served as a safe space for me to explore my creativity while simultaneously absorbing the diverse cultures around me. My family also used food as a lens to demonstrate tender love and care for others- inspiring my use of it today as a vessel to express my admiration to the most stubborn of fathers and the closest of friends. Fast forward to today, my social channels have allowed me to foster a community that honors food, culture, and innovative, plant-based takes on traditional dishes. The content I create is influenced by the kind of experiences I want people to have with every bite or sip. SEASONAL COCKTAIL RECIPES FOR LONG SUMMER DAYS When it comes to nourishment, I’ve always looked toward seasonality - thinking of how we as a society ebb and flow through the seasons inspires the recipes I share year-round. To me, cocktails are the perfect vessel to experiment with flavors while utilizing the abundance we’re gifted with that season. The end of summer is a unique time that brings feelings of nostalgia and longing- and in my home, the end of summer tastes like a Preserved Lemon Margarita and/or a Moroccan Mint Tea Spritzer - two drinks inspired by my Puerto Rican-Moroccan heritage, full of robust, herbaceous flavors. Image: Heidi Lee. PRESERVED LEMON MARGARITA RECIPE A Preserved Lemon Margarita is my ideal post-work cocktail, enjoyed in a GO Everyday Tumbler on the patio with the worries of deadlines slipping away with every crisp, citrusy sip. MOROCCAN MINT TEA SPRITZER MOCKTAIL RECIPE More than ever, wellness and nutrition are defining how many of us live, which has led to many consuming less alcohol. When a hot summer day has come to an end and a refreshing drink is in order, the Moroccan Mint Tea Spritzer is the perfect mocktail to share with friends over a light meal or to bring in bulk to the picnic. Serve them up via your Stanley 1913 Stay Chill Pitcher and bring Stanley 1913 Adventure Stacking Pints for guests. Unlike my mother's side of the family, where margaritas are enjoyed, Moroccans often discourage alcohol consumption, following Islamic tradition in the community. Instead, Moroccan mint tea is a traditional staple after a meal. The boldness of gunpowder green tea is mellowed by fresh sprigs of spearmint and the sweetness of a sugar cube. This mocktail also welcomes two flavors that embody the artistry of Moroccan cuisine: almonds and orange blossom water in the form of silky-sweet orgeat syrup. The result is a refreshing concentrate that is perfected with a splash of seltzer. MOROCCAN MINT ALMOND TEA SPRTIZER (8OZ) A Moroccan-inspired spritzer that’s equal parts effervescent and refreshing Serves: 4 Ingredients: 8 ounces fresh-squeezed lime juice 16 ounces cardamom-infused Moroccan mint tea (see notes) 4 to 6 ounces orgeat, depending on desired sweetness Sparkling water, to top off drink Fresh sprig of mint, for garnish Lime twist, for garnish  Directions: In a pitcher, combine the lime juice, cardamom-infused Moroccan mint tea (see notes), orgeat together until combined. Taste and add more orgeat if more sweetness is desired Optional: Salt the rim of your serving glasses by running a wedge of lime around the rim and coating in salt. Pour into prepared serving glass. Top off with 1 to 2 ounces of sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime twist. Serve and dive in! Cardamom-Infused Moroccan Mint Tea 5 cups boiling water 1 tablespoon gunpowder green tea leaves 4 cardamom pods 1 large handful of fresh spearmint leaves 2 tablespoons sugar Add tea leaves to the teapot and pour 1 cup boiling water over them, swirling gently to rinse the tea. Strain and discard water, reserving the tea leaves in the pot. Add cardamom pods. Pour 4 cups of boiling water over the tea and cardamom, letting it steep for 2 mins. Stir in sugar and mint leaves, let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve Both refreshers provide opportunity to sit back and bask in simpler times whenever you can. The 2020’s have proven to be difficult for everyone, everywhere; and with rest comes rejuvenation and the opportunity to show up as the best version of yourself. My only wish is that every sip of either drink brings peace, bliss and harmony for you to navigate this world. Dive in! Image: Heidi Lee.
